I recently sent some questions to Dr. Fukino’s office, and in her reply she basically “takes the Fifth”. The questions and their reply are below. More on this tomorrow…
Here are the questions I sent them:
1. Did that statement (or any other official statement from the state government) confirm that Obama was born in Hawaii , as some have assumed?
2. Did that statement (or any other official statement from the state government) confirm that the certificate you have on file matches the one on Obama’s website?
3. Is it illegal under Hawaii state law to confirm where Obama was born, or to confirm that the certificate you have on file matches the one on Obama’s website?
And, here’s the non-reply reply:
Dr. Fukino has said that her statement stands on its own, and she does not feel there is any need for further comment.
Hawaii State law protects the birth records of all individuals born in our state under all circumstances. State law prohibits the Department of Health from disclosing any information about a Hawaii vital record unless the requestor has a direct and tangible interest in the record. This includes verification of vital records and all the information contained in a record. Information on obtaining certified copies of vital records is available on the Hawaii DOH website at www.hawaii.gov/health
Since Obama already published his own birth certificate, posting it on his own website, for anyone to see – doesn’t that public posting grant permission to the public to view his Hawaiian vital records because the actual owner of the record in essence is saying – Here is my record, I have made it public to YOU (anyone in the world), so therefore it is no longer private information and access has been GRANTED to you – as determined by me (Obama, the owner of record)?
Also, has not Obama himself determined that we all have an interest, both tangible and direct, by the owner of record, Obama himself, posting his own birth certificate on Obama’s website?
Obama, must have determined that it was of national interest to all to see his vital record and therefore he determined that there is a need to post his own vital record in a public world-wide forum (now granting us all access).

((((((ANY INFORMATION? “ANY?” REALLY? THEN in the following statement Dr. Chiyome Fukino – VIOLATED Hawaiian LAW – by disclosing ANY/SOME information in his statement below, which specifically states he was making a statement on behalf of the health dept. concerning a specific individual ))))))))
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai‛i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen.
