According to Dibble’s lawyer, Andrew Smiley, NYC Transit rather than Dibble bore primary responsibility for the accident because the subway driver had time to stop the train but did not.ace-mini-thumb-ace-reverse-logo-70115

  1. You see, this is what’s wrong with America. You can sue a company or entity because of your own stupidity thereby raising rates for everybody. Great, so this slob sitting at home is now a millionaire, and the rates that you and I pay go up. If you ask me, or any rational person for that matter, this loser is lucky to be alive. Besides that, how can a person sue for their own stupidity…does he have no shame? (Evidently not.) Take a good look at this loser, this is the guy jacking up rates for the rest of us. Just like that old bat who sued McDonalds cause she spilled hot coffee on her own Lap, just like that dumb woman who put a dead man’s finger into her bowl of Chili and tried to sue Wendys. Where is the outrage at this crap…do you people like having your rates increased because of someone else’s Greed???

  2. We all know what the lawyer’s take is going to be in a case like this. Blame the idiots on the jury who fell for it. It’s time to end the frivolous lawsuit cash cow. Was this drunk’s leg really worth $2.3 million?
