Then an agency of the Department of Defense, Defense Security Services contacted the CEO that the Major works for, Simtech – a defense contractor – and compelled him to terminate Major Cook. The CEO, Larry Grice, said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but there is nothing currently available. Simtech is a closely held company and forced by the Federal Government under Hussein Obama to fire a valued employee because he wanted proof that Hussein Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States. This is illegal under so many Federal laws that it is had to keep track of all the laws broken by this one act. The Whistleblower Protection Act protects employees of the government or government contracted companies that reasonably believes evidences a violation of a law, rule or regulation: gross mismanagement: gross waste of funds: an abuse fo authority: or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
This is only one law that was violated.
